We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 2 business apprentice for Acuiti Solutions Ltd
You will provide some first line support to customers.
You will liaise with customers via; phone, email and helpdesk systems and provide some first line support.
You will also have general office duties and will be expected to support and assist engineers with admin tasks.
Exceeds National Minimum Wage, dependant on experience and qualifications.
Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm.
Weekends and Bank Holidays, on a Rota basis.
Progression to level 3 and 4, permanent position.
In-house training will be provided on company systems and procedures.
Reality check: Poor public transport. Either use of own transport or possible relocation.
Desk based; use of computer for long periods of time.
IT managed service provider.
We look after the IT business needs for companies; we offer support to ensure a business has a fast and reliable service.
Computer consultancy and programming.
Great communication and general awareness, high level of computer literacy.
Positive, friendly, honest and have a good degree of common sense and discretion.
Good levels of both English and Maths.
