We are looking for an organised and friendly individual to join the team at Helpline Ltd as a Customer Service Apprentice.
The apprentice will be trained in all aspects of customer service, with the opportunity to experience other areas of the business both in office and in the field.
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling telephone calls
Liaising with the field team
35 Hours a week; 9-5 Monday- Friday
£5.00 per hour – (above the National Minimum Wage for Apprentices)

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
