GHQ Training is seeking an exceptional Level 2 Hairdressing apprentice on behalf of Crops and Bobbers.
We are looking for dedicated candidates who are passionate to develop within hairdressing. They will be relaxed but confident to deal with clientele and believe in good customer service. They must be reliable and get involved in all aspects of running a salon. This will include tidying and sweeping hair.
Above all the salon is looking for an apprentice who is flexible and hard working. The right candidate will be professional and have a passion for the industry. They will also be keen to develop their skills and career with the salon and with GHQ Training.
Greeting and dealing with clients.
Shampoo and Condition clients hair
Sweep hair, ensure salon is clean and tidy
Assist Stylists throughout the day
Remove colour products effectively
Reception work – Dealing with telephone and face to face appointment bookings.
Follow all Health and Safety procedures.
£3.50 an hour
Minimum of 30 hours a week
Possibility of completing Level 3 Hairdressing qualification and or a long term career.
In-house training on all aspects of hairdressing.
A trial will be offered to ensure suitability for the post.

Excellent customer service and communication skills and will need to be a confident individual.
Good levels of Maths and English required but not essential.
Passionate interest in the hairdressing industry
Eager to learn
Ability to multi-task and to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Maths and English GCSE grade C or above is desirable.
