Duration: Minimum 12 months as part of an Apprenticeship

Attendance: As agreed with Assessor.

    This qualification aims to develop a learners knowledge of and practical skills for effective customer service in any industry.


    You should be working in a dedicated customer service role


    Apprenticeships are funded through GHQ by the Government and your Employer.
    GHQ may be able to access some or all of the funding for this qualification depending on each individual eligibility.
    24+ Adult Learning Loans are available to everyone completing a Level 3 or higher qualification.
