The managing director at GHQ Training, Jean Rogers, has become editor of The Herald for a day.Jean successfully bid for the prize at an auction organised by Drakes Jewellers for their 2015 Diamond Gala, at the Holiday Inn.
As a prominent businesswoman and passionate champion for Plymouth, Jean couldn’t wait to put her stamp on the paper.
“The Herald is like a friend to me,” she says.
“We are two companies going through the same process of evolution and working to move with the times.
“I’ve worked so closely with former editors of The Herald and further afield, and the prize of editor for a day really sparked me – I knew I’d love it.
