Our Assessor Natalie Lynn designed a bespoke Customer Service Course for the nursery chain.
Natalie delivered the Customer Service course to 25 staff members , all of whom cover a wide spectrum of roles within 3 of Humpty Dumpty Childcare’s nurseries. Senior Managers, Room Leaders and Childcare Apprentices attended the course and were provided with information and training on customer expectations, social media as a customer service tool in childcare, communication techniques and the mosaic approach to consulting children. All feedback on the course was positive and the staff learnt a great deal!
Thank you Natalie for constructing and delivering the Customer Service course, hopefully we can offer similar courses to other nurseries and childcare settings in the near future!

Our Assessor Clive Hart delivered a Team Leading and Management course to staff at Humpty Dumpty.
Four staff members undertook Clive’s Team Leading and Management course which runs over three consecutive days and introducing individuals to the daily roles and responsibilities that come with the role of team leader and line manager. Over the duration of the course, the staff members covered effective communication, problem solving and decision making through team building exercises and were introduced to valuable tools such as SWOT analysis and time management.
All of which the team thoroughly enjoyed learning! The training will aid them in their personal development, career progression and in their roles as team leaders and managers allowing them to provide the highest levels of childcare and nursery education.
