Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) is a programme developed to upskill employees within small and medium-sized enterprises in the South West. We provide accredited qualifications and bespoke courses to enhance your employees’ skills, increase the competitiveness of your business and boost the local economy.

GHQ Training is part of Serco’s network of expert organisations chosen to deliver the SSW programme in the South West. As SSW is co-financed by the European Social Fund and the Education and Skills Funding Agency, we can support your workforce at no extra cost to your business.

A Call to Lead aims to inspire and motivate attendees on their leadership journey with real business experience from influential local business leaders. This 3 day training event provides a unique twist on generic management training covering key topics including conflict, management, emotional influence, equality and diversity and visions to actions.
