Vi Spring has a great track record with apprentices and is now actively seeking a talented individual to join their Procurement Department as a Level 3 Business Admin Apprentice.
As a Procurement Administrator Apprentice, the candidate will be responsible for providing general administration support to the team. This includes acting as the first point of contact for the company; answering department related incoming calls/emails and enquires. The right candidate will be ambitious & organised.
Using computer systems to produce documents and data in the required format
Ensuring all records are kept up to date and in line with legislation
Raising purchase orders

This apprenticeship vacancy is within Vi Spring’s Procurement Department. A Procurement Department is a group of experts within the company who provide services relating to the purchasing of materials and supplies required for project implementation.
Rate dependent on age and ability (minimum £3.70 per hour as the Minimum National Apprenticeship Wage)
39 Hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Level 3 Diploma for the Business Administrator
Functional skills in English and Maths (if required)
On the job training and development will be provided to deliver a rounded experience within the Procurement Department
Opportunities for progression within the company to a more senior role, this is a permanent position for the right candidate.
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Excellent inter personal skills
Experience with working in an office based factory environment would be beneficial, however not essential.
Having an aptitude for Mathematics is an advantaged in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a grade 4/C or above in English, Maths & ICT (or equivalent).

Can work independently and as part of a team
