SMAS Worksafe are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Membership Services Team as a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice.
SMAS are a Health & Safety Assessment Organisation. The main role for the apprentice will be to raise awareness to all of SMAS’s Partners about the services that are included as part of their memberships.
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and a flexible outlook.
Other key responsibilities will include:
Handling phone calls and dealing with inquires
General administration support
Assisting in the company’s marketing tasks
30 hours per week which will be Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm
£3.90 per hour

Attention to detail
Good telephone manner
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) is desired but not essential as Functional Skills can be worked towards.
Possibility for progression into a more senior role in the same or different department upon completion of apprenticeship.

Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
Functional Skills in Maths & English if required.
