We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team of property professionals at a family run lettings agent based in Plymouth.
Beresford Ward is responsible for the letting of 500+ properties in the area. As part of the role, the apprentice will be responsible for providing general administration support to the team which will include:
Answering phone calls
Dealing with email enquiries
Ensuring the computer system is kept up to date
Providing customer service
Liaising between Landlords and Tenants
Beresford Ward would like to take an apprentice on with the vision of a long term career in Lettings and will provide mentoring and support in different areas of their business so that the apprentice has a full understanding and rounded experience.
Alongside their daily tasks the apprentice will work towards a Business Administrator Apprenticeship at Level 3.
The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet and be looking for a long term career in Lettings.
40 hours per week; the office is open Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm
£3.90 per hour initially – pay to be reviewed and increased upon performance

Attention to detail
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) is desired but not essential as Functional Skills can be worked towards.
Being able to drive with access to your own car is an advantage but not essential for this role.

Training to be Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator Diploma
Functional Skills in Maths & English if required.
