  • We are looking for robust, hard working individuals that care about the people and properties they are entrusted with and take pride in delivering an excellent level of service.

    The apprenticeship role is part of the Property Management department – a tight knit team that looks after the running of tenancies and properties. The apprenticeship will involve assisting the Property Managers in their roles and carrying out general administrative duties within the Property Management department. Full on-the-job training will be given, alongside the apprenticeship mentoring.

    Responsibilities will gradually be increased over to time to include the following:

    • Assisting in the preparation and conduction of property move ins and move outs
    • Assisting in managing property maintenance issues
    • Dealing with Landlords and Tenant enquiries
    • Assisting in the tenancy renewals process
    • Dealing with contractors
    • Key management

    Working Hours:

    • 40 hours per week
    • Office hours are Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm One in Three Saturdays 9am to 4pm (lieu day is given on those weeks).

    Hourly Rate:

    • £4.50 per hour

    Person Specification

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical
    • The ability to prioritise workloads
    • Good organisational skills
    • The ability to deliver high levels of customer service

    Personal Qualities:

    • Highly motivated
    • Some one who works well in a fast paced, team environment
    • Can work to deadlines and provide solutions

    Qualifications Required:

    • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) is desired but not essential as Functional Skills can be worked towards.
    • Driving License if preferred but not essential

    Future Prospects:

    The successful applicant will receive full training and potentially develop the skills and experience to become a deputy Property Manager, with the potential for a full career in the residential property industry. All permanent employees within the business are encouraged to complete the industry standard Residential Lettings and Property Management Level 3 qualification and this is funded by the Company.

    Training to be Provided

    • Level 3 Business Administrator Diploma
    • Functional Skills in Maths & English if required.
