    • Appraisals and effective feedback

    Day 3

    • Managing conflicting situations
    • Change models and management
    • Operational management
    • Project management
    • Problem solving and decision making

    Who is this course suitable for?

    This course is ideal for you if you are looking for a deeper understanding of what you contribute to your organisation, why you do the things you do, and the possible impact you can have on your peers, managers and clients.

    Progression Routes

    This course serves as an introduction into the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Team Leader/Supervisor and can be mapped across seamlessly into the Standard.

    Course Details

    Duration: 9.30am – 4.30pm (each day of the course)

    Venue: Boringdon Park Golf Club

    Cost: £355 +VAT for 3 days (*£50 deposit per person is required to secure place when booking)

    GHQ may be able to access some or all of the funding for this course depending on each individual eligibility.
    *Deposit is fully refundable if you are eligible for funding.
