This qualification can help you to learn or improve your administrative skills across a wide range of industries. A certificate in Business and Administration Level 3 would ideally suit someone with supervisory tasks in the public, private or voluntary sectors.

You should be working in a senior administrative role and supervising a team. No prior achievement is required but we would need to discuss work related duties on an individual basis.
