The aim of this qualification is to provide learners working in an organisation with the leadership and management knowledge and skills required to progress in their career and on to further study. When taken as part of the Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard the aim of this qualification is to support preparation for the end point assessment. This qualification is ideal for professionals taking their first step into line management, or those with some experience of managing a team or project.
18 months minimum to achieve the Diploma.
You should already be employed in a suitable role. No prior achievement is required, but we would need to discuss work related duties on an individual basis.
Advanced Learner Loans are available to fund this qualification (subject to eligibility).
This course can be funded privately – payment plans available.
To achieve the Level 3 Diploma for Managers learners must achieve ALL 17 units. To achieve units 300, 301, 302 and 303 onscreen knowledge tests must be passed.
