This course covers the application of make-up to the face, eyes and lips as well as how to perform a facial cleanse and apply strip lashes. The course also shows you how to adapt your treatment to suit varying clients’ needs. Resources with clear diagrams and images are included to give you the best possible learning experience. Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications to treatment. The course includes online theory as well as a practical training session at a location of your choice, designed to give you the confidence and ability to offer a full make-up treatment.

After e-applying on the GHQ website and paying the course fee, we will enroll you as a student with The Beauty Guild and you will receive an activation email to your given email address. You will then have immediate access to the online course modules which means you can start learning straight away. The Guild has given a guideline of 9 hours of study time for the theory element of this course, but this will vary depending on the speed you learn.

Within 3 weeks of passing the online theory test, you will need to complete your practical training day and assessment. This can be arranged by calling the Beauty Department on 01752 218086 who will offer you the available days, the training day will run 9am – 5pm.

*If you fail the practical assessment, GHQ will offer you an extra hour tutoring free of charge. You will be charged extra if you require more tutoring.

This is an accredited course by the Guild of Beauty Therapists. On completion of this course you will presented with a GTi Certificate.
