These short courses aim to develop the essential, generic background knowledge for a range of management roles. It will help you to understand the essential personal and interpersonal skills required for an effective business manager.
The programme consists of a series of three one day courses. They consist of interactive workshops, with built in team and individual activities. You will be encouraged to share insights in to your own business experiences, and evaluate them against learned theories and management tools.
