Full time position to co-ordinate the administration of the European Social Fund Contract (ESF) that provides training to upskill workers in Devon, as well as assisting the Exam Officer with registration and certificates claims.
Alongside daily tasks, the apprentice will undergo an 18 month apprenticeship training programme at Level 3, during which they will be supported with on and off the job training to assist their development within business administration. At the end of the programme, they will take their End-point Assessment which will consist of a Knowledge Test, Portfolio-based Interview and Presentation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Liaising with employers, staff and learners,
Scanning and uploading data to an online site
Carrying out internal audits
Data entry and data checking
Following up on systems and ensuring processes are followed
General Administration Duties
35 hours per week
£14,000 – £16,000 salary (dependant on experience)

Basic Experience in an Admin role
Eye for details and a high level of accuracy
ICT literate especially Microsoft Word and Excel
Patient with good interpersonal skills
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) is desired but not essential as Functional Skills can be worked towards.
