Peter Gorton, esteemed UK chef has unveiled recently at Plymouth FlavourFest, plans to combine his Cooking Academy with GHQ Training’s reputation as an excellent training provider and open up three new hospitality courses available to aspiring chefs, baristas and servers across Devon and Cornwall.

Being known for his attention to detail and ability to train young chefs to perfection, Peter aims to capture the imagination of apprentices and provide them with the creative flair and knowledge they need to succeed in the business. Joining Peter in the training school will be Lee Hanks – an experienced chef and passionate trainer and Julie White who will be in charge of quality assurance and business development at GHQ.
